Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and products provided by M S Kalsi Opticians. By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

 

Appointments

​

  • Appointments may be booked in person, by phone, or online.

  • We ask that patients arrive on time for appointments. Late arrival may result in reduced appointment time or the need to rebook.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments where clinically necessary or due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

 

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

  • We request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or changes.

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

  • Repeated non-attendance may result in restricted access to future bookings.

Clinical Care

​

  • Eye examinations and treatments are carried out by appropriately qualified and registered professionals.

  • Prescriptions are issued based on clinical findings at the time of examination and are valid for the stated period only.

  • Clinical advice is specific to the individual patient and should not be relied upon by others.

Spectacles, Contact Lenses & Products

​

  • All spectacles, contact lenses, and optical products are supplied in accordance with your prescription.

  • Patients are responsible for checking orders at the time of collection.

  • Bespoke or custom-made items may not be refundable unless faulty.

  • Faulty products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in line with your statutory consumer rights.

 

 

Fees & Payments

 

  • Fees for private services and products are payable at the time of booking or collection unless otherwise agreed.

  • NHS-funded services are provided in accordance with NHS eligibility criteria.

  • Prices are available on request and may change from time to time.

 

 

Refunds

 

  • Refunds are issued in line with consumer law and professional guidance.

  • Clinical fees for eye examinations are generally non-refundable once the service has been provided.

 

 

Limitation of Liability

 

  • We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

  • Liability for loss or damage is limited to the extent permitted by law.

 

 

Privacy & Data Protection

 

  • Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

  • By using our services, you consent to the processing of your data as described in that policy.

 

 

Changes to These Terms

 

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
