Returns & Refunds

General information

As we believe in keeping good customer relations we, therefore, give you a ‘No Quibble’ 30-day refund guarantee.


You may return any product within 30 days of receipt if you are not entirely happy with it and we will give you a full refund to the value of the product (but not the shipping). The item must be unopened and unused.


Once we have received the item and checked the product (please allow 2-3 working days for this) we will then refund your PayPal account within 7 working days.


Incorrect product

In the event that we have supplied the wrong product, we will happily refund you what you paid including the cost of the postage back to us, or supply replacement products in the fastest possible time.


Damaged goods

In the event that the items sent out to you have been damaged in transit, we will happily exchange these for you. Please send back the damaged ones and we will get replacements sent out to you right away.

Payments

How do I pay?

We use Paypal to take our payments. With most people now having a Paypal account, this helps to provide a fast checkout service.

Don’t have a Paypal account? Do not worry, when you enter the Paypal page there is a section that says ‘Pay with a direct debit or credit card (if you don’t have a Paypal account)’. Use this section to make the payment.

Cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro/Switch, Solo, Visa Electron and Visa Debit.


Are my payments secure?

Yes.  eyeBUY uses a third-party Payment Service Provider called Paypal this is one of the largest payment management systems in the world and is well known. PayPal is fully PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant. There website is secured with 112-bit encryption.

EyeBUY also uses SSL encryption on the website.


There’s a problem with my payment?

As we use Paypal as our payment method, we have no control over the taking of the payment.

My details have changed, how do I update them?

·       Firstly login to your account with your username and password.

·       Next click on the ‘My Account’ tab.

·       Depending on what you want to change, use the appropriate links to edit your details.


I’ve forgotten my password?

·       On the login page click on the ‘forgot your password’ link.

·       Next insert your email address and click submit.

·       We will then send you out a temporary password which you can login with.

·       We advise that you change your password to something more re-memorable as soon as you login.
